Hycom Inc, is an ISO 9001:2000 company, providing tube bending & fabrication, as well as machining services. Capabilities include single & multi-plane fabricating from 3/16 in. to 2 in. O.D. & CNC bending radius from 5/8 in. dia. to 12 in. dia. in mild steel, stainless steel, square tubing & other bendable materials from small sample lots to high volume products.
Available end finishing options include single, double & bubble flare, beading, expanding, notching & brazed end fitting with zinc, phosphate & powder coating finishes & up to 20 ft. of high pressure internal flushing services. Machining services include turning capabilities of 8" O.D. chucking diameter and lengths up to 24" with 2" bar stock capacity through spindle & CNC milling with 4-axis vertical & horizontal milling capabilities.
